*Please note this is only available to our practice members who have been under at least 3 months of care, completing the initial phase of care with at least 80% improvement since the first Consultation.

Our membership packages are not for everyone but offer distinct benefits to those who want to continue their care beyond initial pain or discomfort management.

THE SMALL PRINT:

• Your membership will start on the day we agree to start your membership – your visit on that day can be included as one of your monthly visits. We can take payment in-house for the first month and set the direct debit(DD) up to start the following month.
• The first direct debit payment will be taken from your account on a date that you choose – a minimum of 6 days after the membership begins.
• If your first DD payment is on the 11th, the second payment would be taken on or around the 11th (depending on whether it falls on a weekend or not)
• There is no annual contract, joining fee, or tie-in period.
• Your level of membership will be advised by your Chiropractor. It is possible to move between each level according to your needs. Your Chiropractor may suggest you need to increase or decrease the frequency of your visits.
• If for some reason you require extra visits above what is included in your membership these can be billed in the office at the discounted membership rate.
• Every effort will be made to book your visits as close to your preferred times as we can and that you see the Chiropractor of your choice – please kindly note this may not always be possible.
• The office reserves the right to move your visit time if needed and every effort will be made to minimise disruption to your care.
• If you cannot attend your membership visit that month you may carry that visit into the next month providing more than 24 hours’ notice is given.
• If less than 24 hours’ notice is given to cancel or reschedule your pre-booked membership or if you miss your visit then we reserve the right to count this as one of your visits that month, no refund will be given. Please don’t make us do this!! We will encourage you to come in as soon as possible so you are sticking with your schedule of care.
• To cancel your membership, simply let us know via email. We will need this in writing with at least one week’s notice b your billing date to cancel the direct debit in time.
• All visits must be used by you, they are not transferable (except for the optimum package transferrable to family or friends who are registered in your Wellness Zone package)
